Love connecting to people! Be flexible and positive (could be sarcastic sometimes tho lol)
Detail-oriented is a must (because I don’t have one)
Be creative and excited to take a risk and learn from the mistake
SUPER STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION PLEASE ( writing / reading / speaking )
Love to create social media materials and have a strong sense of design
Have fun to share your thoughts to the team and be honest
Job descriptions:
a) Support me on a jam-packed schedule of creative events, such as live music, art exhibitions, film screenings, comedy nights, theatrical productions, etc.;
b) Manage renting out the space for private events outside of the regular program;
c) Create content for marketing events through social media, including posting, managing, and optimising social media marketing efforts;
d) Manage technical event delivery, such as ticketing and sales, lighting and sound setup, projection management, event setup and breakdown, etc.;
e) Ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies and consumables for the event space;
f) Ensuring the event space maintains the highest levels of tidiness and cleanliness;
h) Working with established guidelines and operating procedures;
