About Thai theatre foundation

Thai Theatre Foundation (TTF) is an effort from the civil society to support and strengthen the contemporary Thai theatre to ensure it grows strongly and sustainably. TTF focuses on providing the contemporary Thai theatre with resources conducive to operating effectively and equitably.

TTF operates both in Thailand and the US. The first incorporation transpired in Thailand. Four members incorporated “Thai Theatre Foundation Working Group” on November 25, 2018 and registered as a non-juristic body of persons in Thailand. The mission of the working group is to collect resources necessary to register as a foundation under the Thai law. Later in May 2019, nine members incorporated “Thai Theatre Foundation, Inc.” as a charitable organization in the state of New York, USA.

With every single support, TTF has high hopes for this small step undertaken today to blossom into a pivotal vehicle of development for the contemporary Thai theatre in the near future. TTF would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all who join the cause to support and strengthen the contemporary Thai theatre, to ensure it grows strongly and sustainably.
