No two performances are identical. The same can be said about Performing Arts Administration. Every issue has its own context and challenges. The Theatre Consultant program offers consulting services in the area of Performing Arts Administration to theatre companies and service organizations on a case-by-case basis at no costs.

Examples of topics that TTF offers consultancy include:

  • Financial management for small-sized contemporary theatres.

  • Registration process as a legal entity for small-sized contemporary theatres.

  • Grant proposals to organizations in Thailand and abroad.

  • Nonprofit management.
