AUDITION ครูต้นแบบในโครงการ English Theatre Hub & Academy
"ครูต้นแบบ" คือ บุคคลที่จะรับหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษา และครูผู้ถ่ายทอดหลักสูตรของ English Theatre Hub & Academy ให้แก่ "ครูกล้าเรียน" ซึ่งก็คือบุคคลที่มีความต้องการเรียนรู้เครื่องมือและทักษะด้านศิลปะการแสดงเพื่อการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ
ขอบเขตของหน้าที่
มีส่วนร่วมในการทดลองและพัฒนาหลักสูตร
เป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดหลักสูตรการสอนภาษาอังกฤษผ่านกระบวนการศิลปะการแสดง
เป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านการสอนให้กับ "ครูกล้าเรียน" ในช่วงเวลาการลงพื้นที่ทำการสอน ‘
เกณฑ์การรับสมัครครูต้นแบบ
ไม่จำกัดอายุ และเพศ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
มีความกล้าแสดงออก (หากมีพื้นฐานด้านการแสดงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
มีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ และพร้อมเปิดรับความแตกต่างทางความคิดของผู้อื่น
มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก
มีแนวคิดในการเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคม "ด้านการศึกษา" ให้เป็นไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น
หากผ่านการออดิชั่น ต้องสามารถเป็นครูต้นแบบให้กับโครงการได้ตั้งแต่ เดือนกันยายน 2563 - มิถุนายน 2564 (ตามระยะเวลาของโครงการ)

จึงไม่มีค่าตอบแทนให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ แต่ทางโครงการจะสนับสนุนค่าเดินทางและอาหารให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทุกคน

TEAM NEEDED!
We're opening for an audition for "The Acting Ace" of English Theatre Hub & Academy!
"The Acting Ace" will be the coach and mentor for ETHA's theatre-based English communication curriculum for "The Language Guru" who would use our theatre-based activities as tools for English language communication teaching.
The two of you will be working as a team to elevate speaking and listening skills for Thai children, along with helping them learn how to be the pleasant members of the society with human skills.
Responsibilities:
Involved in experimenting and developing ETHA's theatre-based English communication curriculum
Coach and demonstrate the curriculum
Be the mentor for the Language Guru during the fieldwork
Qualifications:
No gender nor age limit
Have excellent English communication skills
Confident and assertive (having basic acting skills is a plus!)
Able to teach and demonstrate your knowledge and experiences
Creative, know how to adapt and apply, and open-minded
Have a positive and can-do attitude
Interested in being a part of social movement organization. Have a strong will to improve and enhance society, especially in educational issues.
Able to join the project as the Acting Ace throughout the duration of the project (September 2020 - June 2021)
