Asia Connection: Producers Camp 2021 announces list of grant recipients and call for applications in 2022

 

Asia Connection: Producers Camp (ACPC) is pleased to announce the recipients of its annual grant for performing arts producers. Among the participants at ACPC 2021, four producers were chosen to receive the grant by a selection committee composed of ACPC's founding partners, Taiwan's National Theater and Concert Hall (NTCH) of Taiwan, Singapore's Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, South Korea's National Theater of Korea, and Japan's Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre.

The selected recipients are Muhammad Abe of Indonesia, Liu Chu-Ching of Taiwan, Tanawat Asawaitthipond of Thailand, and Sojirat Singholka, also of Thailand.

ACPC also looks forward to next year's conference. Applications for the 2022 edition will be accepted from February 1 to March 31, 2022. Suitable applicants are performing arts producers who have at least five years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, and wish to submit proposals related to Asian issues, pan-Asian co-productions, online works and virtual performances/presentations.
